Counseling begins with an initial assessment where we discuss your concerns, goals, and background. Together, we develop a plan tailored to your individual needs.
My approach is client-centered and collaborative. I believe clients are the experts on their own lives and should feel empowered to guide the direction of counseling. Sessions are designed to provide a supportive space where clients can explore challenges, identify goals, and develop practical strategies for growth and change. My role is to help facilitate insight, offer support, and provide tools that help clients move toward the life they want to build.
Telehealth
Telehealth counseling services are available throughout Ohio using a secure HIPAA-compliant video platform.
Clients will receive a telehealth link by email, text message, or both, depending on their communication preferences. Appointment links are typically sent up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
Clients are encouraged to participate from a private location with a reliable internet connection to help maintain confidentiality and ensure the best counseling experience.

The Supportive E.A.R. Counseling currently provides telehealth services throughout Ohio. In-person counseling services are planned for the future and additional information will be posted as it becomes available.
